About Me

Elaine Fleat - Founder

I've spent the last 28 years helping businesses to solve their people problems and get the very best out of their people.

HR doesn't have to be complicated or confusing. I pride myself in demystifying HR and providing practical solutions to people problems.

As a consultant, I have supported numerous businesses, in a wide-variety of industries including SaaS, manufacturing, professional services, public relations, fund management, student housing, cruise ships and a high profile client in the music industry.

I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD, qualified to level 7.
